Return Policy

Every order is provided with a FREE email proof that must be approved before the order is printed. We advise that you check the proof for spelling and grammar errors before approving. We are unable to accept returns due to the personalization of the products. If there is an error on the part of Naven’s Notables, we will refund or reprint the order. We are confident that your order will be to your satisfaction, but if you receive your product and it is not to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will not be added for any order shipped outside of Tennessee. If the shipping address is in Tennessee, 9.75% in sales tax will be added to your order.

Payment Options

We accept Mastercard or Visa credit cards and ATM/debit cards with a Matercard or Visa logo.

Pricing Error on Website

Sometimes errors can happen with the many products we carry. If we are unable to honor the incorrect price, we will notify you and you will have the option of canceling the order or purchasing at the correct price.
